Psychotherapeutic counselling in London N1 for individuals and couples

What is prompting you to consider seeing a therapist now? Maybe an event or crisis has brought things to a head, and you are finding hard to cope. You may feel anxious, lonely, stressed, have relationship or family problems. You may have suffered loss or a bereavement. Sometimes a sense of unhappiness or confusion feels more general, or related to past events, and has been going on for some time. Whatever has brought you to this page, you will be hoping that things could feel better, and wondering if talking to a therapist might help.

How therapy can help
Having the support of regular sessions can help you to understand yourself better, and feel more comfortable in your life and relationships. It can also enable you to draw upon your own resources as an individual or in a couple. However challenging things may be, feelings and situations may become more tolerable, and a sense of well-being may become more readily accessible.

I am an experienced integrative counsellor and supervisor, and am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I welcome everyone, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexuality, faith or cultural background. Depending on what brings you, and what you may hope to gain from the sessions, I may offer to work with you on a short-term or open-ended basis.
